Ordering Process
If you are new to couture or have not ordered a bespoke piece of clothing before, you may wonder what the process of ordering one of our pieces. Below we have summarized the steps involved in our bespoke order process. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to know more about the order process.
In-Person Consultation
Step 1. Book a free consultation at your own convenience via phone or email.
Step 2. During the consultation, we will discuss your inspiration, designs, fabrics, and budget. You might have a specific idea in mind or you might be looking for inspiration.
Step 3. When we have decided on a design, I will give you an estimated price for the piece. And also will need to take down the body measurements.
Step 4. Once the order is confirmed and the down payment made, the creation process begins! We will inform you in advance how many fittings will be required and when these should take place. It takes about 3 months to 4 months of the whole process. For special orders such as wedding gowns or evening dresses, please allow at least 3 to 6 months in advance.
Step 5. You will receive an invoice from WhatsApp and email once the finished piece is ready for delivery. Your finished garment will be sent to you to enjoy forever.
Virtual Consult for Per-Order Newborn Gift
Step 1. Contact us via phone or email.
Step 2. During the consultation, we will discuss your inspiration, size (3 months to 12 months), and budget, and I’ll show you styles and fabrics to consider.
Step 3. When we have decided on a design, a quotation will be given for the piece.
Step 4. Once the order is confirmed and the full payment made, the creation process begins! Please allow 1 month of the making process. Order is provided with a message card. You may write a blessing message for the receiver.
Step 5. You will receive an email or WhatsApp text once the finished piece is ready to be sent.
